DESCRIPTION:Himanen will perform a special show at Harjun Mori on Saturday, July 4! \nHimanen (Vesa Himanen) is a singer-songwriter who has made his way from Kainuu to Kallio; his Finnish rock music takes listeners from the heart of the country to the echoes of asphalt shores. Himanen’s discography includes one album, *Tuulessa kaikki liikkuu* (EP), as well as several singles, the most recent of which is “Sydänolento.” More new music is on the way this year. \nHimanen will kick off the evening as a solo artist at 8:00 p.m. with a half-hour set,\nfeaturing intimate, stripped-down versions of his songs—including new,\npreviously unreleased tracks. \nAfter a short break, at 9:00 p.m., the full electric Himanen\nband will take the stage to play knee-bending Finnish rock.
